This is a website that provides worldwide forecasts of infectious disease, currently limited to COVID-19 and flu, with ongoing progress for Flu/cold-like diseases. The spatial coverage currently includes parts of North America, Europe and Asia. The website lists over 40,000 locations worldwide, and uses a simplified scale to translate into common language the level of circulation of viruses. You can reach it [here].

DeryaSE

A research tool developed to explore the dynamics of infectious diseases. It can build and execute massive simulations of spread at the individual level on large computer clusters. Its key features include the possibility to explore geographic spread in high spatial resolution, easiness of implementation of epidemiological models, possibility to attach specific information to individuals, and a high level of control of the simulation.

Crawler

A gentle web crawler, that does not annoy site owners. It can be tuned towards breadth-first crawls, which renders the crawling very gentle to the target websites. It powers internal searches on a few, personal, websites.

Odexi CAS  

This Computer Algebra System is a stub, which was developed mainly for practice with certain algorithms. It is far from being complete, but it can do some staff and I have been using it from time to time for very simple tasks. You can try it [here] using a guest account. Login is 'guest', as for the password you will have to guess it but it is straightforward. Please note that, as a guest, all your coding will be lost once your session expires.

KSim

Developed to aid the research activity, its design includes an ad hoc language that makes it simple to build certain type of simulations. It includes a compiler to machine code, a submission engine and visualization tools.
